Ken Roubal
Founder and Strategic Consultant

Biography

After graduating from Michigan State University with B.A. degrees in Psychology and Philosophy, Ken began his career in mental health research, clinical assessment, and caregiving. Over nearly two decades, his work has grown to span mental health, affordable housing, permanent supportive housing, early childhood systems, technology, and data strategy. That experience continues to shape his human-centered approach to helping nonprofits and mission-driven organizations strengthen operations, improve decision-making, and expand impact.

As Founder and CEO at D3, Ken leads a low-profit social enterprise focused on helping nonprofits and other mission-driven organizations address complex challenges through technology, data, and strategy shaped by stakeholder voice. Drawing on experience in regional planning and collaborative facilitation, he works with partners to bring different perspectives together and design practical solutions that respond to community needs. Based in Lansing, Michigan, he brings an approach that keeps both people and systems in view.

Alder Rose Blanchard
Chief Operating Officer

Biography

Alder Rose Blanchard is a passionate advocate of the human services field- dedicating their life, both personally and professionally, to creating positive, sustainable impact for children and families. Since 2006, Alder has been working with communities to develop and provide services for families, children, and the organizations that serve them- building bridges between what is working and creating new pathways for what is not. Alder studied Human Development and Family Studies at Penn State University and Business Management/Leadership at the University of Phoenix; leading to their work as a CCRR Project Director, trainer and technical assistance consultant, educational policy advocate and specialist, opening/operating two long-standing child care programs (both center and family programs), and being a foster home for community youth. This combination of professional and personal experience working with children and families has formed a deep respect and collaborative approach to how Alder serves our communities.

Kimirah Vincent

Early Childhood Systems Expert and Family Engagement Leader

Biography

Kimirah Vincent is an Early Childhood Systems Expert and Family Engagement Leader with more than a decade of experience advancing high-quality early learning across 
Michigan. 

She currently serves at the Washtenaw Intermediate School District as a Regional Family Engagement Coordinator, where she supports statewide initiatives under the 35i MiFamily Engagement Centers Grant supported by the Office of MiLEAP, that leads cross-sector efforts to strengthen family engagement in educational spaces.

In addition, Kimirah brings her expertise to Data Driven Decisions as an Early Childhood Education Specialist, providing project coordination, technical assistance, and system-level support for key early childhood initiatives across the state. Her work reflects a strong commitment to equity, strategic planning, and building sustainable systems that improve outcomes for children and families. 

Kimirah holds a Master’s in Family & Community Services from Michigan State University and a Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education from Eastern Michigan University. 

Kelly M. Saunders
Administrative Department Lead

Biography

Kelly M. Saunders is a highly experienced and accomplished professional with experience in the early childhood education field since 2002. Kelly has earned her Masters degree in Early childhood from the University of Maine. In her previous roles, Kelly has served as the Director of two different child care centers, one of which she opened from the ground up. She has worked as an Early Childhood Specialist with Southern Adirondack Child Care Network (NY), where she has helped providers thrive regardless of their experience level. Kelly is a skilled educator and communicator, and she has a deep understanding of children’s developmental needs and growth. She has spent her life advocating for and pursuing social justice for children and families- ensuring that they have the support they need to grow and prosper equitably. Kelly is passionate about helping others grow and achieve their personal goals, and her dedication to her work is evident in everything she does.

Nathan Wilkie
IT Specialist

Biography

Nathan has  years of experience working with IT systems, customizing solutions for customers. 

They are a technical minded professional that delivers customer requests in a rapidly changing industry. 

They  have built many modules in CRMs such as Zoho and Salesforce. 

He enjoys learning new professions, building furniture, and creating new computer systems.
