Biography
After graduating from Michigan State University with B.A. degrees in Psychology and Philosophy, Ken began his career in mental health research, clinical assessment, and caregiving. Over nearly two decades, his work has grown to span mental health, affordable housing, permanent supportive housing, early childhood systems, technology, and data strategy. That experience continues to shape his human-centered approach to helping nonprofits and mission-driven organizations strengthen operations, improve decision-making, and expand impact.
As Founder and CEO at D3, Ken leads a low-profit social enterprise focused on helping nonprofits and other mission-driven organizations address complex challenges through technology, data, and strategy shaped by stakeholder voice. Drawing on experience in regional planning and collaborative facilitation, he works with partners to bring different perspectives together and design practical solutions that respond to community needs. Based in Lansing, Michigan, he brings an approach that keeps both people and systems in view.
