Biography
Ken has more than a decade of experience in public service in the fields of mental health, affordable housing, permanent supportive housing, early childhood education, and data science.
He specializes in the application of data science to nonprofit, social impact work through a combination of strategic consulting and human-centered design.
As Founder and Strategic Consultant at D3, Ken prioritizes people over profit which means we emphasize shared value and social impact throughout our work.
He enjoys learning, tinkering, and gardening in his spare time while living in Lansing with his pets and serving as a caregiver.
Jordan Blough-Orr
Director of Human-Centered Design
Biography
Jordan has over a decade of experience working within complex state and local systems leveraging human-centered design to support groups in creating transformative strategic plans.
They are a high-skilled group facilitator that believes the best solutions come from those experiencing the problem.
They are certified in Advanced Adaptive Schools, Cognitive Coaching and Strengthening Families.
They live in Michigan with their spouse, three children and two dogs. On the weekend you’ll find them outside or inside curled up with a good book.
